Day One - So far (I’ve only taken one dose) I have more energy but am not jittery. Day one went really well I had no trouble falling asleep.
Day Two -The only new thing I have encountered is that I almost always feel a little bit warm. It’s not troublesome just something I noticed.
Day Three - I took two pills today instead of one. I felt some chest discomfort but I think that was my own paranoia.
I am going home this weekend and can’t take my pills with me so on Monday I will start updating again.
